The Employment and Career Department of Bukhara State University (also known as the Employment Center) operates with the aim of ensuring the successful integration of students and graduates into the labor market, preparing them for professional careers, and supporting their employment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Career Guidance and Counseling: Providing students with guidance on labor legislation, the employment process, resume writing, and tips for successful interviews.
- Organizing Job Fairs and "Career Day" Events: These events offer students and graduates the chance to communicate directly with employers, learn about job openings, and explore employment opportunities.
- Providing Job Vacancy Information: Offering up-to-date information on job vacancies at both the regional and national levels.
- Monitoring Graduate Employment: Tracking and analyzing the employment status of graduates and preparing related reports.
- Organizing Seminars and Training for Professional Development: Inviting leading specialists and experts from various sectors to guide students in their careers and provide current and future labor market insights, as well as detailed information on specific careers, workplaces, and employers.
Department Objective:
The main goal of the department is to enhance the competitiveness of university graduates in the labor market, equip them with modern professional skills, and support their employment. This helps create the necessary conditions for graduates to succeed in their professional careers.
